Taske includes real time and reporting tools for the call center manager, group supervisors, and agents – as well as a complete forecasting package for answering “what-if?” questions about changes in workload, traffic, or staffing. It can even interface to workforce management systems, allowing automated exchange of information about agent schedules, attendance, tardiness, etc.
