Planning, Design, and Project Management

Every new system starts off with a design and a plan. The design is developed from interviews with your staff. The plan specifies exactly who will do what and by when to ensure that everything is ready for your installation date.

Your Synertel project manager will coordinate our efforts with those of carriers and your own staff so that everything is ready for your installation - with no surprises! Synertel manages installations across the country on behalf of our clients.

 

 

Carrier Management

Synertel will place all necessary carrier orders with our carrier partners - and monitor their progress to be sure that your dial tone is installed and tested before you need it! If there is ever an operational problem with a carrier, Synertel will help triage it and manage its swift resolution.

 

 

Implementation

Your system will be design, built, and tested using a rigorous structured process to ensure that everything you need is documented and designed in long before the installation. After in-lab testing, the system is backed up and changes are temporarily frozen to ensure a stable cutover. You will be asked to participate in brief on-site system verification at the time the new system is activated. This means that the first time your users touch the new phones - everything is working perfectly!

 

 

Training

System manager training, customized for your organization, is offered prior to installation in the our education facility. You will have live, hands-on experience administering your new system - and gain confidence and experience prior to needing it.

We will train your users at your facility either before or after the cutover.

Our periodic system management classes provide a convenient way to educate new employees who may assume responsibility for your systems over time.

 

 

24/7 Support

Synertel's support desk offers help on a subscription and per-incident basis during normal business hours. Customers with a warranty or support plan receive this service at no extra charge.

Our team of factory certified engineers performs all modifications, additions, and relocations of client systems.

And there is always an engineer on call, 24 x 7, to respond to service emergencies.

 

 

Maintenance

Most new Synertel systems come with a SEVEN year hardware warranty - the longest in the industry! We offer support plans as well as time and materials service for systems which are not covered on a plan. Synertel maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts, enabling us to rebuild a compromised system immediately if required.
