Every project deserves to be done right the first time! SynerTel’s focus on proactive project management ensures that your project will succeed, as planned.

SynerTel’s dedicated project management team has decades of in-the-trenches experience. Every project manager has worked in project implementation – and knows the many problems that can assail a loosely managed project.

We practice “measure twice, cut once”. No project is ever implemented without first preparing a detailed design document which is checked and approved by both customer management and SynerTel.

Regular project meetings track the progress of various contributors, and regular project reports ensure everyone is kept informed. If a project involves multiple sites or regions, we manage the local project managers, too!

Before your equipment leaves our staging labs, it undergoes a rigorous primary Quality Assurance check – with operational test cases constructed to exercise the specific functionality of your configuration.

After the onsite physical deployment, a second QA check is conducted – with a customer representative present and involved – to catch any possible remaining problems.

When your employees begin using the new system, it will fly smoothly!
