March 2010 — SynerTel CEO Ben Stiegler moderated the Managed Services Education track for the 2010 Channel Partners Conference & Expo. Experts from CompTIA, Nemertes Research, Megapath, and TAG joined Ben to explore and explain the how and why the potent combination of effective proactive network monitoring, remote access, and best practices management creates more stable networks at a notably lower delivery cost than traditional “break/fix” IT.
Fall 2009 — SynerTel CEO Ben Stiegler discussed with Sonicwall’s Andy Klein how creating a converged and secure voice, data, and video network saved a historic San Francisco non-profit over $180K, and enabled them to improve network performance and uptime – making their staff productivity soar. SynerTel CEO tapped for Phones+ Advisory Council
August 2008 — PHONE+ magazine and the Channel Partners Conference & Expo have chosen the members of their 2008-09 joint advisory board. “We are excited to have our new advisory board in place to advise us on PHONE+ and the Channel Partners Conference & Expo,” said Khali Henderson, editor in chief of PHONE+ magazine. “We had more than 70 qualified applicants apply for board positions and feel that we have selected a board that will add valuable insight to these resources and the channel.”
City of San Francisco Honors SynerTel for Green business Leadership
April 2008 — SynerTel received special recognition from the SF Green business program for its leadership in green business practices. SynerTel applied for certification in early 2007, passing a 150-item assessment covering resource usage (water, paper, energy, recycling, commuting options), and continuing with multiple onsite inspections and meetings until the certification team was satisfied that SynerTel had gone as far as possible!

October 2007 — TelePacific CEO Dick Jalkut congratulates SynerTel CEO Ben Stiegler for SynerTel’s top sales performance. TelePacific Senior Vice President Ken Bisnoff called SynerTel “our most operationally involved sales partner” in recognition of SynerTel’s contributions to product testing and process improvements in customer turnup and ongoing support.
SynerTel Joins FBI InfraGard Program
November 2006 — SynerTel is granted membership in the joint public-private InfraGard partnership. After an extensive background check, SynerTel’s CEO, Ben Stiegler, was granted a federal security clearance, and began contributing to the regional and national InfraGard program. As members, SynerTel receives special best-practices training in protecting public and private (physical and data) assets, early alert bulletins about new threats as they are detected, and is able to share what we learn with our customers – so they can best protect themselves against accidental or malicious intrusions and damage.
